The Chinese themed night on the Thursday has already exceeded last years booking totals. The food promises to be sensational as indeed will be the Chinese entertainment. Le Freak will be providing the star turn for the evening and this tribute band are guaranteed to get the evening ripping along, and last but not least Gary and the team from Zap disco will ensure that the evening is wrapped up on a high note.

Friday evening is close to being a complete sell out. There is one remaining table left with a few individual seats on tables scattered around the Ironbridge suite. Judging by the quality of last years event you can probably understand why so many people have booked early, this year promises to be another class event, book now to avoid serious disappointment!. To conform with the TIC H&S policy we are only permitted an agreed number off guests for the Friday evening charity event, once that number has been reached then that is it!. Prawn Crackers on the table

Starter  -  Vegetable Spring rolls served with sweet chilli and hoi sin dips

Main course -  Chicken and Mushroom in an Oyster Sauce / Chicken and Fried Rice / Hot Chinatown Salad / Sweet and Sour Pork / Beef and Green Pepper ………..accompanied with Braised Beef.

Dessert - Chines Friut Salad with Cardamon / Ice Cream …………. and fortune cookies!

Menu for the Friday night RISC Gala Dinner

Starter - Smoked Salmon Terrine flavoured with sweet chilli served with a herb leaf salad laced with lemon oil / Fan of Season Melon V placed on a confit of strawberries and raspberries finished with passion fruit coulis.

Main course - Rump of Lamb with mint redcurrant wine jus served with crushed baby potato, flavoured with rosemary finished with caramalised sweet chantilly carrots.

Dessert - Caramelised lemon tart served with phyisalis and berry coulis.

And finally enjoy freshly brewed tea or coffee.
