THE GODDARD PONY-TAIL .GOES ………………..FOR £30,000 

Richard Goddard of Automania was asked at the IVR dinner in 2007 if he would consider having his pony-tail cut off to raise funds for the industry charity, RISC.
He said yes, but with one condition,

 ”raise £30,000 for RISC and I’ll do it“
Well, we can proudly announce that £30,000 has now been pledged and Richard, being the honourable character we all know he is, has sportingly agreed to honour the bet (not that he has ever placed a wager in his life before!!!).
 
So, the haircut of the century will take place at the European Tow Show 2008, during the social event on Thursday evening - 26th June.

The Friday evening RISC charity dinner still remains the main fund raising evening of the Tow Show 2008. However, this opportunity has arisen as an additional event for the Thursday. If you wish to make a financial donation to RISC then just bring your cheque book along with you. Chinese Themed Night - Thursday 26th June So, the Chinese themed night takes on even more prominence, now that one of the industries most well known pony-tails is to be finally laid to rest.

The entertainment, both from China and now also from Hounslow, promises to be as sensational as the food! La Freak will be providing the main entertainment for the evening and this tribute band are guaranteed to get the evening ripping along. Plus,Gary and the team from Zap disco will ensure that the evening is wrapped up on a high note.

The evenings events will be hosted by our resident MC, Jed Stone.
